Visiting historical and religious sites in Mecca:

• Visit to Mount Al-Nour (Mountain of Light) – The site of the Cave of Hira, where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his first revelation.

• Visit to Mount Thawr – The cave where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Abu Bakr (R.A.) hid during the migration.

• Visit to Al-Mualla Cemetery – The burial place of close family members of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

• Visit to Masjid Al-Jinn – A historic mosque where a group of pilgrims embraced Islam after listening to the Quran.

• Visit to Masjid Al-Khayf in Mina – Mosque where many prophets prayed.

• Visit to the Nassif House Museum – A historic house showcasing Jidda's rich heritage.

• Visit to Bab Makkah – One of the historic gates of Jiddah.

• Lunch break at a traditional restaurant.

• Visit to the Jeddah Corniche – A picturesque seaside promenade overlooking the Red Sea.

• Visit to the King Fahd Fountain – The tallest fountain in the world.

• Visit to the Floating Mosque (Al-Rahma Mosque) – A beautiful mosque built on the sea.

• Visit to Jeddah Waterfront – Walk along the coast.

• Transfer to the train station and train travel to the Medina.

• Arrival in Medina and accommodation at the Saji Al Madinah 5* hotel.

• Visit to Quba Mosque – The first mosque built in Islam, praying in this mosque brings a reward equal to umrah.

• Visit to Masjid Al-Qiblatain – Mosque where the direction of Qibla changed from Jerusalem to Mecca.

• Visit to Mount Uhud and the Martyrs' Cemetery – The site of the historic Battle of Uhud and the resting place of many of the Prophet's companions.

• Visit to the Seven Mosques (Sab'ah Masajid) – A group of small historical mosques associated with the Battle of the Trench. (Battle of the Trench – Al-Ahzab)

• Visit to Al-Baqi Cemetery – The burial place of many members of the Prophet's family (PBUH) and his companions.

• Prayers in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah.

• Free time to pray at Al-Masjid An-Nabawi.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR TRIP TO SAUDI ARABIA FOR UMRAH

Visa requirements: To go to Umrah, it is necessary to obtain a tourist visa or a special Umrah visa. This visa is only valid for a certain period of time (usually 30 days), so it's a good idea to plan your trip in advance.

 

Dates: Umrah can be performed throughout the year, except during Ramadan and Hajj, when Saudi Arabia imposes specific rules and restrictions.

 

Vaccinations: It is recommended that you consult your doctor before travelling and make sure that all required vaccinations (e.g. against meningococci) have been taken.

 

Remember to dress appropriately: For men – white clothing (Ihram), and for women – modest clothing that covers the entire body (including the head).

 

Religious Duties: Umrah consists of several rituals, m.in. Tawaf (circumambulation of the Kaaba), Sa'i (a walk between the hills of Safa and Marwah), and cutting hair or shaving the head for men.

 

Safety and Health:  The recommendations of the Saudi authorities regarding health and safety must be followed. During umrah, it is also worth taking care of hydration and rest at appropriate times of the day.
