IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR TRIP TO SAUDI ARABIA FOR UMRAH
Visa requirements: To go to Umrah, it is necessary to obtain a tourist visa or a special Umrah visa. This visa is only valid for a certain period of time (usually 30 days), so it's a good idea to plan your trip in advance.
Dates: Umrah can be performed throughout the year, except during Ramadan and Hajj, when Saudi Arabia imposes specific rules and restrictions.
Vaccinations: It is recommended that you consult your doctor before travelling and make sure that all required vaccinations (e.g. against meningococci) have been taken.
Remember to dress appropriately: For men – white clothing (Ihram), and for women – modest clothing that covers the entire body (including the head).
Religious Duties: Umrah consists of several rituals, m.in. Tawaf (circumambulation of the Kaaba), Sa'i (a walk between the hills of Safa and Marwah), and cutting hair or shaving the head for men.
Safety and Health: The recommendations of the Saudi authorities regarding health and safety must be followed. During umrah, it is also worth taking care of hydration and rest at appropriate times of the day.
