Day 1: Friday, October 17, 2025 – Arrival in Jeddah & Transfer to Makkah

•    18:55 – Departure from Warsaw Airport to Istanbul with TK1766
•    05:05 – Arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah with TK96
•    Meet & assist by our team at the airport
•    06:30 – Transfer to Makkah by private coach
•    08:30 – Early check-in at M Hotel Al Dana by Millennium – Makkah for 4 nights (subject to availability)
•    Rest and preparation for performing Umrah rituals with group guide assistance

Day 2: Saturday, October 18, 2025 – Religious & Historical Tour of Makkah

•    08:00 – 13:00 – Guided tour of religious and historical landmarks in Makkah, including:
•      - Jabal Al-Nour
•      - Jabal Thawr
•      - Al-Ji’ranah Mosque
•      - Al-Hudaybiyah site
•    14:00 – Visit to the Museum of Revelation (Wahi Museum)
•    Accompanied by a licensed Mutawwif (religious guide)

Day 3: Sunday, October 19, 2025 – Free Day in Makkah

•    Day at leisure for rest, individual prayers, or additional optional tours
•    Recommended activities:
•      - Tawaf
•      - Prayers at the Holy Mosque
•      - Shopping at nearby malls

Day 4: Monday, October 20, 2025 – Final Day in Makkah

•    Morning to Afternoon – Free time for final Umrah or rest
•    Evening – Preparation for travel to Jeddah the following day

Day 5: Tuesday, October 21, 2025 – Jeddah City Tour & Transfer to Madinah

•    08:00 – Check-out from hotel in Makkah
•    Transfer to Jeddah
•    10:00 – 14:00 – City tour of Jeddah including:
•      - Jeddah Corniche
•      - Historical Jeddah (Al-Balad)
•      - Visit to Abdul Raouf Khalil Museum
•    14:30 – Lunch break
•    15:30 – Depart for Madinah by private coach

Day 6: Wednesday, October 22, 2025 – Madinah Religious & Historical Tour

•      - The Seven Mosques area

Day 7: Thursday, October 23, 2025 – Departure

•    Morning – Check-out and transfer to Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport – Madinah

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR TRIP TO SAUDI ARABIA FOR UMRAH

Visa requirements: To go to Umrah, it is necessary to obtain a tourist visa or a special Umrah visa. This visa is only valid for a certain period of time (usually 30 days), so it's a good idea to plan your trip in advance.

 

Dates: Umrah can be performed throughout the year, except during Ramadan and Hajj, when Saudi Arabia imposes specific rules and restrictions.

 

Vaccinations: It is recommended that you consult your doctor before travelling and make sure that all required vaccinations (e.g. against meningococci) have been taken.

 

Remember to dress appropriately: For men – white clothing (Ihram), and for women – modest clothing that covers the entire body (including the head).

 

Religious Duties: Umrah consists of several rituals, m.in. Tawaf (circumambulation of the Kaaba), Sa'i (a walk between the hills of Safa and Marwah), and cutting hair or shaving the head for men.

 

Safety and Health:  The recommendations of the Saudi authorities regarding health and safety must be followed. During umrah, it is also worth taking care of hydration and rest at appropriate times of the day.
